The drive from Flagstaff to Las Vegas was a long, hot run through temperatures over 110 degrees.
Southern Nevada is certainly not a very scenic state. The RV park in Las Vegas was very nice, but we
probably won't be back.... Casinos are not of much interest to either of us. Between the two of us, we lost
a total of $9 in two days of sporadic gambling. We did visit Red Rock State Park outside Las Vegas which
was interesting, but no match for what we saw in Utah later in the trip.
